We can reserve the place for you, but since it's the whole resort not like hotels that comes with plenty of rooms, we will contact you if there's somebody who wants your date. If we don't get an answer from your side with our efforts to contact you with your given number, we will release your reservation. You can pay ahead of time to have a confirmed booking.
